What type of lessons do we offer? Guitar, ukulele, voice, piano, improve/acting, claw-hammer banjo, brass, How much do lessons cost? Lessons are ($30 per 1/2 hour lesson) paid at the beginning of each month for the number of lessons that month. For example; if you are signed up for lessons on Friday at 3:30 and there are 5 Fridays in March, you will pay for 5 Fridays at the beginning of March. We give lessons 49 weeks per calendar year with vacation dates on major holidays. Click HERE to see our calendar.
If I have to cancel my lesson, can get a make up? Yes. We know you are busy and sometimes you may have to cancel lessons, we can offer makeup lessons based on the instructors availability. Be sure to let us know at least 24 hours before your lesson in order to qualify to make it up. If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson, and did not notify us 24 hours in advance, you will then lose the opportunity to make it up. Tuition is paid monthly and it covers the cost of lessons, but it also holds the spot for you, so if you don't show up, you still "own" that slot as long as you are paying your monthly tuition.
How much advanced notice do I need to give if I decide to discontinue my lessons? We understand if you have to quit your lessons and withdraw. Please let us know by the 15th of the month. All you have to do is to Email or call us. If ever you feel that you must discontinue for any reason, just let us know by the 15th of the month and we will not hold you accountable for the following month of tuition.
Am I obligated to sign a long term contract to take lessons? No. Tuition is paid on a monthly basis, no long term contract is required. We are not here to force you to take music lessons! We want you to take lessons because you WANT to. Music is a wonderful skill to develop and we hope to help you develop your talent at your learning pace. We only want you to be here if you want to be here.
